Moldy Nasty duct work

Addressing Moldy, leaking, and Aged Duct work

Breathe cleaner air while keeping your home cooler and more comfortable

Ductwork can become contaminated with mold, mildew, and indoor smoke. Many homes in South Florida date from the 60s through the 80s and often are long overdue for a duct replacement. Even homes from the early 2000s may still need a duct system replacement. An initial assessment can determine this, but if there is excessive or widespread leakage, mold, and condensation issues, these are all signs that ductwork should be replaced.
